Man Fires Shots into Convenience Store, 1 Injured

CLEVELAND, Ohio — A man was injured when someone fired several shots into a Cleveland convenience store Saturday, according to police.

According to the Cleveland police, it happened around 7 p.m. at Abe’s Market, 9209 Quincy Ave.

A man fired several shots into the store from the parking lot, according to police.

One male was shot and taken to the Cleveland Clinic in a private car. He was later taken by medical helicopter to MetroHealth Medical Center for treatment. A condition is not available.

The shooting is believed to be related to a family disturbance, according to police. Officials believe the victim and suspect know one another.

No arrests have been made. The shooting is still under investigation.
