Another lawsuit has been filed against Pilot Flying J.

This one by Shoreline Transportation of Alabama.  It was filed Tuesday in U.S. Federal Court.

The suit alleges the company violated federal law with it’s fuel rebate program.

The FBI is investigating allegations that Pilot Flying J did not properly compensate some trucking companies taking part in the fuel rebate program.

Pilot Flying J CEO Jimmy Haslam, who also owns the Cleveland Browns, has said he had no knowledge of the alleged rebate scheme.
