GREEN, Ohio-- A dive team pulled the body of a man out of the Nimisila Reservoir in Summit County Wednesday night, a few hours after witnesses saw him fall overboard, police said.

The Summit County Medical Examiner's Office confirmed Thursday the man is 53 years old.

Green police said witnesses saw the unidentified man fall over his small boat about 7 p.m. at the north end of the reservoir.

Police said nearby boaters tried to help the man, who was struggling and calling for help in the water.

Some people dove in to try and find the man, but he went under, police said.

The South Summit Dive team, along with numerous police and fire departments, scoured the lake with sonar to locate the man.

Police said the man was alone in his boat when he fell out.
