Police Look for Suspect in Attempted Abduction

CLEVELAND — Authorities are searching for a man that tried to grab a teen girl early Monday morning.

The 16-year-old girl was walking on Sandusky Avenue towards East 104th Street around 7:30 a.m. when she was approached by a man riding a bicycle. The victim said the man smiled and then tried to grab her by her arm twice.

The victim ran home and was escorted to John Adams High School where she called police. Authorities searched the area but could not locate the suspect.

The suspect is described as a black male in his 50s with grey hair.

Anyone with information is asked to call Cleveland police.
