Spiegel’s Spicy Tuna Delight
- Tuna (unless you’re more of a chicken fan, works well too)
- Light Mayo
- Dill Relish (make sure you don’t buy SWEET relish, big mistake)
- Bread (Oatnut, B nutritional value with protein and fiber, 69 calories per slice)
- Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- Red Curry Powder (secret ingredient, don’t over do it!! Metabolism booster)
- Plump Green Olive!
- Onions (optional)
Wash it down with white wine. Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand ideal, Nobilo, or Cloudy Bay is my favorite!
