Spiegel’s Spicy Tuna Delight

  • Tuna (unless you’re more of a chicken fan, works well too)
  • Light Mayo
  •  Dill Relish (make sure you don’t buy SWEET relish, big mistake)
  •  Bread (Oatnut, B nutritional value with protein and fiber, 69 calories per slice)
  •  Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • Red Curry Powder (secret ingredient, don’t over do it!!  Metabolism booster)
  •  Plump Green Olive!
  • Onions (optional)


Wash it down with white wine.  Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand ideal, Nobilo, or Cloudy Bay is my favorite!
