The agent for former Browns special teams dynamo Josh Cribbs confirmed Wednesday afternoon that his client has agreed to a contract with the Oakland Raiders.

Cribbs agreed to a one-year contract and will wear the black and silver for Oakland.

J.R. Rickert put out a message on Twitter that Cribbs now has found a home for the 2013 season.

Its been an eventful offseason for Cribbs. He thought he was going to be an Arizona Cardinal, but reportedly failed his physical following knee surgery.  He visited four teams last week, and apparantly has found the right fit.  More importantly he has a job for the season as miles on his body and his knee was cause for concern for some teams.

Here is what he tweeted upon signing with Oakland:

I am blessed to have the opportunity to prove myself yet again! Fresh start, New team, New chip on (cont) tl.gd/lqo21n
