BROOK PARK, Ohio — The Brook Park Police Department has asked for the public’s help in locating a 19-year-old accused of a fatal shooting at a hotel.

An arrest warrant has been issued for David James Adams.

Around 9:46 a.m. Wednesday, the Brook Park Safety Dispatch Center received a report of a disturbance at the Best Western on Snow Road.

When investigators got there, they found one man had been shot.

The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner’s Office pronounced him dead at the scene.

He was later identified as Kyle Kelley, 25, of Brook Park.

Adams was last seen driving a black, two-door 1999 Plymouth Neon with the temporary license plate X216028.

The car is believed to have a yellow bungee cord holding the front hood and an Elmo in the rear window.

Anyone who has seen Adams or the vehicle should contact the local police department.
