The Tribe’s top-pitching prospect made his debut tonight in a spot start for the injured Scott Kazmir.

But it wasn’t smooth sailing for Trevor Bauer.

Bauer walked each of the first four men he faced but managed to escape a bases-loaded, no-out jam in the first with just one run scored.

However, in the fourth, the luck ran out as Kelly Johnson took him deep to right field for a two-run shot.

The Tribe’s bats were once again silenced, as Tampa won by a score of 6-0.
