CLEVELAND — If you’re traveling through University Circle today, heads up.

A number of traffic lights are out along Euclid Avenue from Stearns to Mayfield roads.

According to University police, the outage is affecting traffic equipment only, not nearby businesses.

Motorists should use caution in the area, and treat that section of the road as a four-way stop, police say. Or, find an alternate route until the lights are fixed.

Crews are on the scene making repairs, although it is not yet known why the lights went out.

The restoration process is expected to last through this evening.
