CLEVELAND — Local animal lovers and veterinary professionals are teaching northeast Ohioans how to take charge of their feline pets’ health.

Big Creek Pet Hospital’s Drs. Fegan, Souders and Zabik and others are hosting the Cleveland Cat Health Fair on Wednesday, April 24th from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.

The fair will include presentations and booths about potentially life threatening cat health problems, including inflammatory bowel disease, hyperthyroidism and colitis, as well as general health tips.

Visitors will also be able to win prizes for playing Feline Frenzy bingo, and all attendees will take home gift bags.

Tickets for the fair are $5 and all proceeds benefit the Spay and Release program at Big Creek Pet Hospital.
