People gather at Chardon Square

CHARDON, Ohio — The Chardon community came together Wednesday to remember Danny Parmertor, Russell King, Jr. and Demetrius Hewlin, one year after a shooting at Chardon High School claimed the teens’ lives.

Students, staff, first responders and community members gathered on Chardon Square  for a day of remembrance and renewal.
