Man Ordered to ‘Whistle While You Walk’

PORTLAND, Maine-- A man was ordered to whistle while he walks.

The Portland Press Herald reported that Robert Smith, of Maine, was cited for disorderly conduct several times for loud whistling.

Smith said he was just trying to make people happy.

The court order required Smith to keep moving while he's whistling.

In the past, businesses complained about his whistling driving away customers.
