Woman Convicted of Lying about HIV

AKRON– A jury found a woman guilty of two counts of felonious assault.

The Summit County prosecutor said Kelley Bean, who is HIV positive, had sex with two different men without telling them she had HIV before she had sex with them.

The felonious assault convictions are felonies of the second degree.

48-year-old Bean, of Lima, will be sentenced March 11.
