GENEVA ON THE LAKE, Ohio — Police have arrested a South Euclid man who they said was found with 43 bags of marijuana, including one bag under his hat.

It happened Friday, after officers stopped to check on an intoxicated male they said was wandering in the roadway. Police said DeAngelo Foy, 25, was arrested for disorderly conduct intoxication and taken to the police department.

Once there, police said the man was found to be in possession of 43 individually packed bags of marijuana. An additional bag of about 55 grams of pot was hidden under Foy’s hat, reports state.

Police also found a digital scale with residue, rolling papers and a box of clear plastic sandwich bags with torn ends, which were consistent with the wrapping of small baggies, reports state.

Police said that during the arrest, Foy resisted with officers during the fingerprinting and also urinated on a floor in one of the rooms in the police department.

Foy also faces charges of felony trafficking in marijuana and felony possession of criminal tools.
