My Town: Pancake Day Benefits Local Hospital

CLEVELAND — National Pancake Day is February 5, and local IHOP restaurants are using the events to raise money for a local hospital.

Patrons are encouraged to make a donation to Rainbow Babies & Children’s Hospital for their free short stack of buttermilk pancakes.

Last year, the restaurant raised more than $17,000 for Rainbow Babies & Children’s Hospital. This year, the restaurant hopes proceeds from the event will raise more than $20,000.

The event will take place from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. at the following northeast Ohio locations:
