Teen Accused of Tweeting Sex Act

STOW, Ohio -- A high school boy is facing a felony charge after he took a picture of himself and a female classmate engaged in a sex act and posted it to Twitter, Stow Police allege.

According to a police report, on Monday a 16-year-old Stow Munroe-Falls High School student took a photo of himself engaged in a sex act, on school property, with a 14-year-old female student, then texted the photo to three friends.

Monday night, the teen tweeted the picture, but removed it from Twitter 10 or 15 minutes later, according to the police report.

But it was too late.

The graphic photo was seen by countless people, and was circulated around the school.

A student told a teacher about the photo and the school contacted police, according to the police report.

Also according to the police report, the 16-year-old student is facing a second degree felony for pandering obscenity involving a minor and a misdemeanor charge of  telecommunications harassment.

He was cited, but not taken into custody.
