Greens

  • 2 hand fulls of spinach
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 4 stalks kale
  • 2 apples
  • 2 big carrots
  • hand full of grapes

 

Pineapple Goodness

  • 1 large handful of fresh baby spinach
  • 1/2 fresh pineapple
  • 10 strawberries
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • Juice in the order listed, pour over ice and enjoy!

 

Purple-Rific!

  • Purple cabbage
  • Red or black grapes
  • pineapple
  • pomegranate
  • Throw it all in the juicer and enjoy!

 

Strawberry Field

  • 2 Apples
  • 2 Carrots
  • 8 Strawberries

 

Green Mean Machine

  • 3 stalks celery
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 1 green apple

 

Weight Loss Juice

This juice is great for weight loss and it’s quick and simple to make. Juice all three ingredients and drink for breakfast

  • cabbage
  • carrot
  • cucumber

 

Red Eye Breakfast

  • 1 beet
  • 1 cup red cabbage
  • 2 carrots
  • 1/2 sweet red pepper
  • 1 orange peeled
  • 1 apple
  • 1 pinch ginger

 

Orange, carrot, sweet potato, and ginger

  • 1 regular orange
  • 2-3 skinny carrots
  • 2 1/2 sweet potatoes
  • 1 chunk of ginger (bout an inch)

 

Everything but the Kitchen Sink – Veggie Blast

  • 1 beet
  • 1 very large carrot
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 apple (cored)
  • 3 stalks of celery
  • 3″ chunk of Daikon radish
  • 1/2 bunch of cilantro
  • 1/2 bunch of kale

 

Green Juice for Fasting

  • 4 stalks of celery
  • ½ bunch of kale
  • 3” chunk of diakon radish
  • 1 small cucumber
  • ½ bunch of spinach
  • A few sprigs of cilantro or flat leaf parsley

 

Detox Juice Blend

  • 5 carrots
  • 4 celery stalks
  • 1 small cucumber
  • 1 beet
  • 1 small apple
  • 1/2 lemon
