Burglary Investigation Turns Up Hazardous Materials

CLEVELAND, Ohio — A bomb squad was called in to handle hazardous materials following an investigation into a string of burglaries on Tuesday.

The materials were found in a home near W. 83rd Street and Denison Avenue following an arrest and search warrant shortly after 6 a.m. Authorities say a hazardous material was in the home, leading to the search for additional hazardous items.

Local authorities the Rocky River Detective Bureau were led to the home while following up on information received the first week of January.
