Snow warnings and advisories were canceled Wednesday night.

The Winter Weather Advisory has been canceled.
If you didn’t get to make it out to see the Trans-Siberian Orchestra tonight, you still have a chance. Fans with an unused Cleveland ticket will have an option to exchange their tickets for the following performances. Below are new show times and contact information for changing your ticket date.

Cleveland snow update: 48 crews focusing on clearing the city’s main streets. Two additional crews will be added to the overnight shift at midnight. Police will assist the snowplows with a pre-rush hour plowing at 4 a.m. They will do that by staffing key intersections during rush hour.
ODOT Update: Additional snowfall is expected overnight & Thursday. If high winds persist drivers should be prepared for blowing snow.
TRAFFIC UPDATE: I76 East bound near Exit 26 (E Market St.) is cleared and open.
Cleveland Hopkins International Airport already reporting flight cancellations for Thursday; including some Southwest and United flights. They recommend checking with your carrier.

Update from ODOT: It’s slow-going all over northeast Ohio this afternoon as heavy snow persists throughout the region. Many northeast Ohio routes are snow or slush covered and moving well below posted speeds. Heavy bands of snow are approaching downtown Cleveland and visibility remains poor as snow continues to accumulate.

ODOT is out in full force taking care of the roads for us. They have crews working 12-hour shifts with 80 crews on the roads in Cuyahoga, Lake & Geauga Counties. ODOT ice and snow forces will be staffed around-the-clock through the duration of this storm.

Cuyahoga County has released the following tips to keep you and your family safe during the winter storm.
Cleveland city officials: Motorists should stay off the roads if they can.
Flask: Avoid parking on city streets effective immediately.
Parking ban issued for the City of Cleveland.
Safety Director Marty Flask: In order for traffic to move smoothly, blocking intersections is a significant problem.
ODOT update: 80 crews on the roads in Cuyahoga, Lake and Geauga counties. They will work in 12-hour shifts.

Cuyahoga Falls has issued a citywide parking ban. Below is a message from Mayor Don L. Robart:
“In anticipation of the winter storm would like to alert residents and motorists to a citywide parking ban in effect starting at 12:00 noon today, December 26, 2012 until 6:00 a.m. Friday, December 28, 2012. The parking ban is needed to assist our street crews in clearing off roadways. Cars parked on city streets will be ticketed and are subject to
Cleveland city officials, including Cleveland Mayor Frank Jackson, will give an update on the snow removal plan, at 11:15 a.m.
The City of Parma has issued an Emergency Parking Ban for all streets effective at 4 p.m. today.
An update on the winter storm will be given later this morning. Cuyahoga County Executive Ed FitzGerald and Emergency Management officials will talk about the severe weather at a press conference at 11:30. We will bring that to you LIVE right here.
