Police: Couple Attacks Best Buy Employee

FAIRVIEW HEIGHTS, Missouri — A couple is arrested and charged after allegedly assaulting a Best Buy employee, according to KMOX.

Authorities say a woman, 38-year-old Latoya Greenwood, began shouting obscenities at the 61-year-old worker after he asked to see her receipt while leaving the store. That’s when police say her husband, Hickey Thompson, 39, hit the man in the face, knocking him to the ground.

Thompson was charged with aggravated battery and is being held on $20,000 bond. His wife was charged with disorderly conduct.
