Why Own a Puppy When You Can Rent?
If you’ve ever owned a puppy, you know they are a lot of fun, but also a lot of work. Not everyone has time for the potty training, feeding, and medical care that a puppy requires.

Jenna Miller told the Daily Herald in Provo, Utah says most of the puppies end up being adopted by previous renters. Rental fees range from $10 – $15 per hour.
