BATH TOWNSHIP, Ohio -- A local woman was arrested, accused of driving drunk with her daughter sitting in the car November 30.

Bath police pulled over Victoria Vozar, 34, on Medina Road near Cleveland-Massillon Road after a motorist called about an impaired driver. Police say Vozar had glossy eyes and slurred speech, and failed a field sobriety test. She also had a blood alcohol level of .258--more than three times the legal limit.

Officers also say Vozar's 13-year-old daughter was in the front seat when she was pulled over.

She faces an OVI and child endangering charge for the incident. Her daughter was released to a friend.
