DAYTON, Ohio — A community college took action when a female employee said she was offended by a “Men Working” construction sign outside the school.

In fact, the construction crew was ordered to halt its work until the sign was removed.

The community college told Fox News that it has a solid stance on diversity.

“While it may not have been necessary to suggest work be stopped, we stand by our commitment to providing an environment that is inclusive and non-discriminatory,” director of public information Adam Murka told Fox News.

The construction crew ended up complying with the school’s demands.
