MIDDLEBURG HEIGHTS, Ohio — A drug store clerk and a friend were arrested for allegedly printing their own lottery tickets without paying for them.
Kirstin Frank, 23, of Middleburg Heights worked at the Rite Aid drug store on Center Ridge Road at Dover Center. She’s accused of printing at least $11,000 worth of Ohio Lottery tickets for herself and friend, 22-year-old Holly Zinck. Authorities say Zinck was with Frank on several occasions while she cashed ticket winnings.
Police say Frank has been printing tickets since April 2012. The women were arrested and charged with complicity to felony theft following an investigation by store management and the Lottery Commission.
Both women were taken to the county jail following their arrest.
