CUYAHOGA FALLS, Ohio — Three people working at a Pizza Hut in Cuyahoga Falls became the victims of an attempted robbery as they were taking a smoke break on Friday night.

A manager and two employees were standing outside the back door of the State Road store when two men approached them just before midnight.

According to the City of Cuyahoga Falls Police Department, one of the employees was grabbed around the neck from behind and was told to get down.

The manager ran back inside the store and locked the door behind her.

The two workers were left with the two men, both of whom were wearing bandanas over their faces.  One was holding a silver handgun.

The men demanded that door be opened, but when the workers told them they couldn’t open it, the men ran away.

No one was hurt and nothing was stolen.

Anyone with information should call the Cuyahoga Falls Police Detective Bureau at (330) 971-8334.
