TWINSBURG, Ohio -- Police arrested a man for driving 115 miles an hour on I-480 just before 3 a.m November 4.

The driver, Joseph Emrick, 49, told police he routinely drives his vehicle 160 mph when few cars are on the road. That's according to a police report.

This 911 call alerted police to the fast-moving car.

"I just was passed by a car, ok, going around 120 miles an hour. Almost ran me off the road as I was changing lanes on 271. I'm past mile marker 33 headed east on 480 toward Streetsboro. He's four, five miles ahead," the caller said.

Emrick was arrested on reckless operation and operating a motor vehicle under the influence, according to a Twinsburg police lieutenant.
