Man Flashes Students Outside Dormitory

KENT, Ohio — Some students at Kent State University saw a little too much of a man outside one of the residence halls.

Kent State University Police sent out an advisory early Monday warning students about a man exposing himself outside the Centennial Court Residence Halls.

Police say the incident happened around 1:15 a.m. Monday.

The flasher is described as a man between 40 and 50 years old with brown hair. Witnesses told police he was wearing a blue button-down shirt.

KSU Police would not release any information about the number of victims.
