Thief Steals $500 in Halloween Decorations

LORAIN, Ohio — Police in Lorain are looking for a thief (or thieves) who stole a family’s entire Halloween display from their front yard.

The theft occurred Saturday night in the 4600 block of Washington Avenue.

Lorain police say a couple woke up Sunday morning to find that approximately $500 in decorations had been taken from their yard. The stolen items include masks, skeletons, spiders, tombstones, ball and chain, and other misc. decorations.

Police have no suspects.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Lorain Police Department.
