3 Cleveland Firefighters Hurt Battling Blaze

CLEVELAND — Three firefighters were hurt battling flames in a Cleveland neighborhood on Thursday night.

According to Larry Gray with the Cleveland Division of Fire, two suffered minor burns and another had a head and neck injury.

They were all taken to the hospital for treatment.

The fire started around 8 p.m. in the 6000 block of Hillman Ave. and involved two homes and two garages.

Officials at the scene told Fox 8 News the flames started in the garage of one home, then spread to a vacant house and garage next door.
