COVENTRY TOWNSHIP, Ohio — A search warrant for child pornography has uncovered a meth lab operation in Summit County near a local high school, Fox 8’s Dave Nethers has learned.

According to Summit County Sheriff’s Inspector Bill Holland, on September 13, deputies responded to the Nola Lane home of 33-year-old Jesse Guyton, after receiving a tip about child porn.

While there, investigators discovered illegal images on Guyton’s computer, along with drug-making materials. A meth lab was dismantled, and chemicals were removed from the home. Several other items, such as computers, discs and cameras, were also seized.

The bust took place within 1,000 feet from Coventry High School, Holland said.

Guyton was booked into the Summit County Jail on multiple felony charges. They include drug possession and manufacturing and pandering sexually oriented material involving a minor.

He’s being held on $500,000 bond and could face additional charges.

Further details were not immediately released.
