My Town: Build Your Own Scarecrow

HURON, Ohio – Recycle old items around the house to build your own scarecrow!  Erie Metroparks will host a scarecrow workshop for all ages on Tuesday, October 2 at 6:00 p.m. 

Dig through your old clothes and bring a long sleeved shirt, pair of pants, pillow case, and a hat to Shelter 2 at Osborn MetroPark, 3910 Perkins Avenue in Huron.  Instruction, straw, wire, twine and sticks will be provided.

You must pre-register by September 30.  The cost is $5 per person.
