Fight Between Brothers Turns Deadly
CLEVELAND — An argument between two brothers resulted in the death of a teen Thursday morning, Cleveland police reported.
It happened just before 2:30 a.m. in the 3400 block of East 121st Street.
Detective Jennifer Ciaccia tells Fox 8 News that a 23-year-old man was fighting with his 18-year-old brother, Melvin Gregory Lee, when things turned physical. That’s when, police say, Lee’s older brother stabbed him in the chest.
Lee was taken to MetroHealth Medical Center, where he later died. His brother was arrested and taken to the Cleveland Central Prison Unit, awaiting charges.
