Stefani Schaefer has shared an update with her Facebook fans on her husband, Roger’s, condition.

More than three months ago, Roger fell from 12 feet of scaffolding and suffered a traumatic brain injury.

Stefani says Roger struggles with memory loss, but seems much happier:

“Just got home from spending the day with Roger…. and I am happy to report, he seemed a little bit better today. He seemed brighter, happier… more alive. We have such a long way to go – he still doesn’t have his memory back – and can’t name objects – but today, I felt this sense of calm. Calm that with each day, a new passage way, another “folder in the filing cabinet” will connect and start filling in the blanks and adding color to his world. Thank you a million times over for all your prayers and support. My family will always be so humbled and appreciative – YOU are all helping us more than you will ever know. Blessings and hugs… sleep tight! See you at 9am!”
