When Chef Jonathon Sawyer opened The Greenhouse Tavern in Cleveland, he knew he had to live up to its name. That's because it's the first certified green restaurant in Ohio.
So, to stay true to his eco-friendly eatery's theme, he started hitting the streets ... on his bike! Sawyer says he was two-wheeling it so much that he decided last year to permanently ditch his car.
