Cleveland's own Steve Schimoler, owner and executive of Crop Bar and Bistro in Ohio City, stopped by Fox 8 News in the Morning Wednesday to share a great summer recipe on the menu for an event called "Got Green," which benefits the Lakewood Community Service Center.

Country Fair Dipped Corn

Fresh Corn on the cob     6 ears
Mayonnaise                     1 cup
Chili Powder                    2 tsp
Lime juice                        1 TBSP
Fresh Minced Cilantro     2 TBSP
Salt                                  1 tsp
Pepper                             ½ tsp
Asiago Cheese grated     1 cup

Shuck and Skewer the corn cobs using a candy apple stick. Blend all the ingredients except the Asiago cheese. Steam, boil or grill the corn until just cooked. Using a pastry brush, coat the corn evenly. Sprinkle the Asiago cheese evenly around the cob
