CLEVELAND — The first home pre-season game for the Browns will be bringing thousands of people to downtown on Friday night and Cleveland’s Police Department is reminding fans of parking restrictions put in place for home games.

The restrictions and prohibitions in some areas typically are put in place three hours before the games and remain in effect until two hours after the game’s conclusion.

Cleveland Police are warning the public that violators will be ticketed and towed.

CPD is also asking that those walking to Browns Stadium avoid using Mall C, due to the Medical Mart construction project.

Police ask that fans use West 3rd Street or E. 9th Street as alternative routes to the stadium.
