Stefani Schaefer has shared an update on her husband, Roger’s, condition.

Three months ago, Roger fell from 12 feet of scaffolding and suffered a traumatic brain injury. He underwent surgery on Thursday to help remove some of the fluid from his brain.

What follows is Stef’s entire Facebook post to her fans on Thursday, August 2, 2012:

“Just got home from the hospital with the kids…. Roger’s surgery was a success…. he is doing well – and even ate dinner. He was starving! He seems a little more “aware” tonight… praying that removing the fluid from his brain will help. I can’t thank you enough for all your awesome prayers! You are all giving me so much strength. I’ll be off work tomorrow – going to take the kids to see Roger and spend a little quality time with my kiddos before school starts. I’ll check in soon and let you know how things are going over the weekend. Have a beautiful night. You guys are the best!!”
