bd’s Mongolian BBQ

We weren’t sure what was more exciting, having Mongolian BBQ here to make one of their famous stir-frys, or finding out that Ralphie has some serious skills in the kitchen! Assistant General Manager, Tim Barrett, handed the wok over to Ralphie and the Shanghai Chicken turned out great!

If you’ve never been, bd’s Mongolian BBQ is a great new dinner experience! The “You Rule the Experience” philosophy gives guests ownership in choosing their own ingredients from the meats to the vegetables, to the spices and sauces.

Another fun way to enjoy summer is by mixing up refreshing and healthy drinks. Sarah Hurt, from t by Sarah, dropped into our kitchen to mix together her very berry version of an Arnold Palmer.

Some of Sarah’s Tips?

  • You can also continue to use basil and blueberries in your drinks by freezing them into ice cubes!
  • Herb ice cubes are a beautiful addition to water, lemonade, and iced tea. Mint, lemon balm, basil, nasturtiums, borage and rose petals work wonderfully.
  • Fruit or berry ice cubes add great flavor, and you get a treat at the end of your beverage.
