SAN DIEGO, Ca. — The world is getting a first look at a whale attack that happened at SeaWorld San Diego in 2006.

An orca dragged a trainer underwater by his foot and would not let go for eight minutes.

The video was released as evidence in a federal hearing into a deadly orca attack that happened at a Florida SeaWorld two years ago.

A judge has since ordered trainers to remain separated from the whales during public performances at SeaWorld.
