House Springs, MO (KTVI) — A Cedar Hill man is arrested after an employee of a store located a video recording device in the ceiling of the women’s restroom. The employee was able to identify the man from photos obtained from the recording device.

Fuchs was detained by store employees and upon the arrival of deputies Fuchs was taken into custody.

The Jefferson County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office has issued a charge of Invasion of Privacy of Multiple Individuals against Fuchs.
