(CNN) — Britney Spears’ fiancé Jason Trawick is super proud of his wife-to-be.

In a videotaped message, Trawick told the singer and new reality TV star that he loves her and is psyched about her new position on “X Factor.”

“Princess, we just completed our first weekend in Austin on ‘X Factor,'” Spears’ former manager and current co-conservator said. “Just wanted to say I’m very proud of you and I love you so much. Congratulations.”

“Now get back in here so we can go to sleep,” the 39-year added before signing off with a smooch. An equally smitten Spears gave her guy an “awww love you too xoxo” post on Twitter Saturday in response.

And while he didn’t share any hugs or kisses, Spears’ “X Factor” boss Simon Cowell also supported his new judge as he addressed rumors that she had stormed off the set of the show last week.

“There was no walking off,” he clarified in an interview posted on the show’s website, according to E! News. “We have breaks every five or six songs. You can go have a cigarette, you can go to the loo. So as soon as anyone left their chairs, it was reported … that someone had left the show — and they hadn’t!”

Spears herself refuted the reports that she left for hours on her very first day on the job.

“Britney walks off??? LOL was just taking a little break people,” she wrote on Twitter last week. “I am having the BEST time!!!”

“X Factor” returns to TV in the fall.
