A New York woman is suing her former boss, claiming that she was fired for being "too hot".

29-year-old Lauren Odes said at a press conference on Monday that she was hired last month to work at a lingerie company.

Odes says the Orthodox-Jewish owners complained about how she dressed.

While the lingerie company did not have a dress code, Odes claims that other workers dressed casually.

Odes claims that she was forced to wear a bathrobe one day while at work.

Odes added that she was fired when she left the facility to something more conservative to wear at work.
