PEPPER PIKE, Ohio – Make a difference in the lives of others during your weekly shopping trip.  Beginning at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, March 31 there will be an opportunity to Check Out Hunger at Heinen’s Pepper Pike, 30849 Pinetree Road.  The event helps the Harvest for Hunger campaign of Cleveland Foodbank.

Former Pepper Pike Mayor Bruce Akers will be a celebrity bagger!  If you donate food or cash at the register, the Mayor will bag your groceries. You can make a $1, $5 or $10 donation.
