CNN) — Rick Santorum will win Saturday’s Republican primary in Louisiana, CNN projects.

Twenty delegates were up for grabs Saturday. Delegates will be awarded proportionately. Santorum will pick up at least seven, CNN projects.

An American Research Group poll conducted between Tuesday and Thursday showed Santorum leading Mitt Romney in Louisiana by a 43% to 27% margin. Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich had 20%, and Rep. Ron Paul had 6%.

Santorum picked up a little help in Louisiana in the form of a robocall from country singer Hank Williams Jr.

“Everyday more of our American freedoms are being taken away from us,” Williams said. “And it’s time we have a president that understands that freedom and liberty are what this country is all about. The person I trust the most is Rick Santorum.”

According to a CNN estimate before the Louisiana primary, Romney has 563 delegates, more than twice the 251 Santorum has in hand, and nearly halfway to the 1,144 delegates needed to clinch the nomination.
