COPLEY, Ohio – It’s already time to start thinking about summer camps for the kids!  Here’s a unique idea… Dinosaur Adventure Camp!  Children ages 5 – 11 years old can camp out at Akron Fossils & Science Center, 2080 S. Cleveland-Massillon Road, for two weeks in July.

Session One, Examining the Evidence, runs Monday through Friday, July 9 through 13.  The focus is examining the evidence found all over the world in the fossil record and figuring out what they say about the past, present and future.

Session Two, Fossil Graveyards, runs Monday through Friday, July 16 through 20.  Campers will use clues from today to piece together what conditions might
have caused the massive burials and fossil beds.

Akron Fossils and Science Center is a 4.500 square foot hands-on museum and science center with a 2 1/2 acre outdoor adventure park called Truassic Park, which includes a 200 foot long zip-line.  The Center teaches Creation Science  and Intelligent Design Models.
