GOODYEAR, Az. -- The sounds of Spring Training are the sounds that baseball fans have been waiting all winter for... the sound of baseballs hitting the bat, the field rakes scraping the dirt, the sound of birds chirping in the background and Tribe Manager Manny Acta singing in Spanish.

Those sounds make up a day at the park in Goodyear, Arizona.

Acta became the Tribe's manager at the end of the 2009 season and the team exercised his option through the 2013 season.

Last year, Acta led the team to second place in the AL Central.

The Indians were the first team to thirty wins and shocked the baseball world with their exceptional start to the season.

But the team was plagued with injuries and the excitement dwindled.

Acta's main concern is injuries.

If the team can stay healthy, he believes the team will be a division contender.
