Four soldiers from the Cleveland area returned home to loved ones Wednesday night.  All were greeted with hugs, smiles and tears of joy at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport.

Army National Guard combat medic Patrick DiMarco was one of the returning soldiers.  The 25-year-old soldier graduated from Midpark High School. "Coming home is a great feeling," he said.  DiMarco continued, "I've waited for this for a while now, so I'm glad to be home and it's great to have the support of my family and community around."

DiMarco will be home for 15 days before returning to duty.  He says he will spend the time reconnecting with family and friends.

He commented on the relatively warm Cleveland day, saying he just left a massive snowstorm high in the mountains of Afghanistan, where he was serving.
