CLEVELAND, Ohio --

Thieves have destroyed heating and air conditioning units at a Tremont church, Fox 8 News reports.

It happened sometime Saturday night at the Galilean Baptist Church on West 11th Street.

Pastor Carson Hall says the vandals stole several yards of copper pipes from the HVAC units outside the church, ruining the equipment.

Despite the damage to his church, Pastor Hall told Fox 8 News that he is not angry at the thieves. In fact, he just wants to help them.

"You are welcome to come to our church service. We'd love to see you get saved and repent for what you've done. We love the sinner, but we hate the sin," Hall said.

Anyone with information about the theft is asked to call the Cleveland Police Department.
