Dead Woman Found Partially Buried in Snow

CLEVELAND — The Cleveland Division of Police Homicide Unit is investigating the death of a woman who was found partially buried in the snow with contusions and abrasions on her head and hands.

According to Sgt. Sammy Morris, the woman, who is likely in her thirties, was found Monday at 10:46 a.m. in 3400 block of Hamilton Avenue.

EMS responded to the scene and pronounced the woman dead.

The Cuyahoga County medical examiner’s office will determine the official cause of death.
