My Town: Annual Clock Day at Natural History Museum
It’s that time of year to bring your old timepieces to the Cleveland Museum of Natural History’s annual Clock Day. Members of the National Association of Watch and Clock Collectors (NAWCC) will be on hand Saturday, February 18 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. to let you know what your old clock or watch is worth.
If you have a clock that is too big to bring to the museum, take a picture so the experts can examine it and estimate the value.
While you’re visiting, you can view the Hexter collection of antique timepieces, sundials and astronomical instruments on display in the Reinberger Hall of Astronomy.
Clock Day is free with Museum admission. Admission fees range from $7 to $10. Children ages two and under are admitted for free. The Museum is located at 1 Wade Oval Drive in University Circle.
